Sun Bailante ‘the dancing sun’ spreads tropical and global sounds to the planet!
We are a Dj’s and events label organising club nights, concerts and dance workshops in London, United Kingdom.
We love rhythms from Latin America, the Caribbean Islands, Africa but also India, Arabic countries and more.
Our aim is to share our passion for music to everyone interested.
What’s special with our music?
- It’s hot and will make you dance
- It made of sounds you recognise and other you don’t
- It mixes new and old songs, modern and traditional styles
When & Where?
Sun Bailante was born when our house parties got too big to be held at home.
We decided to launch the Sunday Bailante party at Ruby & Sequoia in Notting Hill London in November 2007.
Few months later we moved to a larger venue Salmon and Compass in Angel throwing the first Fiesta Sun Bailante. We later moved to Ruby Lo near Bond street.
Fiesta Sun Bailante

You can learn basic dance steps, watch explosive live show and concerts and the later DJ’s spin hot hip-shaking tunes keeping you dancing till exhaustion. It’s now held at the Islington Metal Works back in Angel on the last Friday of the month.
