Outside of Salsa, Cumbia, and Vallenato. You may listen to the afro-latin sounds from the pacific coast of Colombia.
Very often this music might share similar sounds to afro-rumba but a new breed of musicians have created something a bit different a bit more modern.
The Latin alternative sounds, the most famous band is Sidesteppers with songs like Mas Papaya they have come with another very funky song….the name of the song is Deja (leaving).
A newer band is Choc Quib Town which is often rapping on some more ethnic sounds. Here is one song you might like, El Bombon
We are currently looking for global beats in the art of France and we are getting there!

On Saturday 11th July Fiesta Sun Bailante will blend Latin and Creole music. By Creole we mean the various islands that have in the past faced slavery and have created an individual language that in most cases derivates from French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Also, at 9:30 join us to learn some steps of Sega, Zouk and Ragga.
Later our DJs Jerome, Herve and Pritesh will mix Latin, Creole, African music and global beats.
Expect Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Ragga, old-Zouk, Maloya, Soca, Latin House, Samba, Afro-beats, and the un-expected.
During the night Frenglish Connexion the amazing Trio with 2 members from Guadeloupe will join us to with a stunning Dancehall, Reggae and Zouk act.
Tropical calor are the words for that evening!
